IT Team leader for our Team of technicians

M/F/D, full-time

Description:

You are responsible for the smooth flow of work within the team and the fulfilment of the tasks assigned. You inspect the metal structures, routes, cable systems and cage structures assembled and installed by your team and all their other work. You actively participate in the day-to-day business of the company
You coordinate, control and delegate the tasks that arise within the team (Weekly work allocation for the team between the various sites and projects)
You lead team meetings and, if necessary, resolve conflicts in the event disagreements arise
As a team leader, you motivate and encourage your team members and set a good example when it comes to work ethics
You are responsible for adhering to and safeguarding the safety guidelines for our project customers
You act as the local point of contact for project customers
You stand up for the values and policies (operating principles) of the company and promote these values to your team members
You report directly to the managing director

Requirements:

You have successfully completed technical training or training in a skilled trade or have comparable knowledge acquired through professional experience. Experience in the data center sector is an advantage
Ideally, experience in working with the infrastructure in data centers, technical equipment, switch cabinets, server racks, trunking, cold aisle containment, cage construction and false floors
Willingness to contribute and actively support the team
Initial experience in leadership as a team leader would be an advantage
Technical affinity, as well as an independent, committed way of working and the ability to work under pressure
Teamwork and motivational skills, as well as reliability and awareness of security round off your profile
Driving license

IT Technical/Specialist

Requirements:

Experience and knowledge in assisting in the operation of a data center
Experience in working on the assembly and dismantling of information technology systems and components
Experience in commissioning and configuring IT systems
Experience in the field of state of the art IT infrastructures
Practical experience in error and fault management in complex heterogeneous IT environments
Good IT skills, especially in MS Office
Experience and knowledge in preparing documents (rack and patch plans)
General technical understanding
Experience and knowledge of FNT
Professional references relating to the knowledge required
Fluency in German
Impeccable certificate of good conduct (criminal record check)

Sales Manager

Description:

Analysis, design and enhancement of sales strategies and business ideas
Completion of consulting and implementation projects at our customers' sites
Support during contract negotiations
Independently led monitoring and observation of the market
Assuring customer satisfaction, as well as preparing forecasts and reporting

Requirements:

Degree in business studies or an equivalent qualification
Negotiation skills, strong communication skills and a high degree of autonomy

Description:

Assembly and maintenance of mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic components
Production of spare parts using technical drawings/sketches
Performing repairs
Carrying out root cause analyses in the event of faults
Metalwork and molding (e.g. by forming, welding and soldering)
Assembly and installation
Installation of routes, cages and cold aisle containments
